Please Read The Following Instructions Before Submitting Your Entry
Do not submit any photographs until you are ready to submit a complete entry - entries can only be submitted in a single session, not incrementally.
Entry Fees: Rider: €15, Pillion: €15, Paper Album: €10
Clicking on the "Start" button below will display an application form. You must enter your first name, surname, email address and the registration number of your motorcycle. Please enter a valid email address, as this is where your confirmation email will be sent.
Bike details: If you have used more than one bike, you should enter the details of the bike that you visited the most points on. These details will automatically be filled out for each point. When uploading a photo of a point, you will have the option to change the details of the bike used at that point.
If you also wish to send us a paper album, you must indicate this by checking the box that says "I want to submit a paper album". There is an extra charge of €10 for entering a paper album.
Pillion details: If you are entering a pillion, you must enter their first name. If you do not, the system will ignore them. Entering a pillion costs €15 per pillion. If you are entering more than one pillion, enter the details of the pillion that visited the most number of points with you. These details will automatically be filled out for each point. When uploading a photo of a point, you will have the option to change the details of the pillion entered for that point.
By submitting an entry, you are agreeing to allow Irish Photo Rally to use your photographs in the promotion of the event. We will only use your photos to promote Irish Photo Rally and will not use them for monetary gain.
When you submit an entry, you will be added to our mailing list. You can unsubscribe from the mailing list at any time by clicking on the link at the bottom of any emails you receive from us.
There are 24 upload pages - one for each PhotoRally point. You must navigate through each one.
On each page, you must either upload a photo of the specified point, or click on the button "I don't have a photo of this point".
Photos must be either a JPEG (JPG) or PNG file, but we recommend JPEG (JPG) files as the upload page will compress JPEGs to make uploading faster.
Photos must be smaller than 5MB. For JPEG files, this applies to the size of the photo after it has been compressed by the upload page.
You must indicate on each page if you are including a pillion at that point, by ticking the box that says "I want to include a pillion for this point".
When you have entered your details and uploaded your photos, a summary of your entry will be displayed for you to review. If there is a mistake, you can use the "back" button of your browser to go back and correct it. When you make a change, you will have to complete the application again from that point forward.
Labelling your photographs 1 Donegal – 24 Galway as appropriate, before uploading will assist in minimising mistakes.
Payment is made through PayPal, but you do not need a PayPal account to pay - you may also pay by credit card. You will be redirected to PayPal to make your payment.
After you have made your payment, a confirmation page will be displayed. Your entry reference number is displayed on this page - please take note of it. The address to which paper albums should be sent is also on the confirmation page.
A confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided on your application form. This email will contain the same information as the confirmation page.
If you are submitting a paper album, your entry reference number must be displayed on the outside of the package, as well as on the album itself. Albums received without an entry reference cannot be processed as the organisers cannot access your application on the system without it.
If you have any problems with your entry, or have any questions, please send us a message via the Contact Page.
