Hi folks! We’ve had a few questions about when the 2026 registration goes live.
We are currently working hard behind the scenes to resolve some 2025 data issues (tracking down addresses and fixing duplicate participant identities) to ensure everyone gets their pins correctly. We’ll let you know as soon as we’re ready to go—for now, keep that cash in your pocket!
A few important updates for 2026:
Only Register if You’re Aiming High:
The rally is volunteer-run, so we aren’t looking for profit. If you don’t think you’ll hit the Bronze level (12 points), there’s no need to register as you won’t qualify for awards. Everyone is still welcome to ride and collect points for fun without registering!
New “View Links”:
No more “did it upload?” anxiety. This year, you’ll get a “View Link” alongside your “Upload Link” to track your progress anytime.
Improved Pillion Support:
Pillions now get their own dedicated links and names to keep things crystal clear between rider and passenger.
Self-Serve Registration:
If you’re registering for a mate, you can enter the actual Rider’s Name directly in the form. We won’t be manually changing folder names this year, so please use this field!
Pin Shipping:
Pins are posted to the person who registers. If you signed up a friend, it’s your job to get their pin to them!

- Once registered, you will receive a link by email to pay the registration fee.
- Once payment is made, you will receive your personal Smug-Mug Folder for uploading your Photos within 14 days.
- Please note, You MUST have registered by 30th of September 2026.
- Closing date to upload you final photo is 8th of November 2026.
